Application for Regular Service Pension
Regular Service Benefits do not require a hearing or any of the formalities associated with a disability hearing.  Applications for Regular Service Benefits can be forwarded directly to Kim Schiller - Finance Director.

Application for Disability Pension
An application for disability benefits must be accompanied by a waiver to disclose medical information.  The two documents must be served together on the Boards Legal Council - the address is at the bottom of the application.
